1 Acceptance of Terms of Use

2 Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
To access our full range of services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without any refund of remaining balances.
Byd108 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time through a KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Users who fail to complete the verification process within the stipulated timeframe may have their account functions restricted, including the ability to withdraw funds.
Password & Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login credentials. You are fully accountable for all activity that occurs under your account, whether carried out by you or by any third party who gains access due to your negligence.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the byd108 support team immediately. We are not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by a user's failure to safeguard their login credentials.
3 Payment & Transaction Rules
All transactions on the byd108 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is registered in their own name. Using a third party's bank account or e-wallet for deposits or withdrawals is prohibited and may result in a temporary or permanent account freeze.
- All deposits must be made using a supported payment method such as DuitNow, Boost, or local online banking.
- Byd108 is not liable for deposit delays caused by technical issues on the part of the payment service provider.
- Minimum deposit amounts vary depending on the selected payment method and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Withdrawal requests are only processed once account identity verification has been fully completed.
- Byd108 reserves the right to suspend or decline any withdrawal request that raises suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering.
- Withdrawals will be credited to the same account and via the same method used for the deposit, subject to the availability of that method.
Any attempt to manipulate the payment system, including but not limited to unauthorised chargebacks or the use of fraudulently obtained payment information, is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
4 Account Policy, Liability Limits & Intellectual Property
Account Suspension & Closure
Byd108 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account unilaterally and without prior notice if the user violates any of these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or uses the platform in a manner that harms other users or the integrity of the platform. Any remaining balance in an account closed due to a terms violation will not be refunded.
Platform Liability Limits
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, byd108 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, this platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
Intellectual Property
All content on the byd108 platform, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the exclusive property of byd108 or its licensors and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or repurpose any content without prior written permission.
